  - Political Process		French cabinet to be 50-50 women and men - May 10, 2007 - Nicolas Sarkozy, the recently elected president of France, has promised that half the cabinet positions will be filled with women.  Chile, Finland, Spain and Sweden already have cabinets that have achieved gender parity.
