Mary C. Noble is invested on Kentucky's Supreme Court - December 11, 2006 - Mary C. Noble was elected to Kentucky's Supreme Court in November and becomes the third woman to serve on the court, the first since 2004.  She defeated John C. Roach, a conservative justice appointed by Governor Ernie Fletcher.  With the election of Noble, only one state, Indiana, has no women on the state Supreme Court
